• Condition — skin reaction: The adhesive patch test (PDF #1, page 2) must have been completed before first use. This is communicated in the onboarding guide before night one.
• What you keep: All physical products (mouth tape, nasal dilators, nasal strips, sleep mask, free tape refill) plus both PDF guides. Everything.
• How to claim: Email refund@noctimize.com with your order number. Subject line: "60-Night Test." Human response within 1 business day. Refund processed within 5 business days.
• Return required: No. Keep everything.

Standalone SKUs — Standard Return

• 30-day return window from delivery.
• Product must be unused and in original packaging.
• Customer covers return shipping.
• Refund issued within 5 business days of receiving the return.

Subscriptions

• Cancel, pause, or skip at any time from your account portal — one click, no friction.
• The 60-Night Test applies to every subscription cycle, not just the first order.
• Cancellations made after the current cycle billing date apply to the following cycle.
